Mince one of the salt cod fillets, the salsa, and the hard-boiled eggs, then mix them with the mayonnaise
Season with salt and black pepper to taste
Cut the remaining salt cod fillets into 5-7 cm pieces
Fill the salt cod fillets with the mayonnaise mixture using a pastry bag
Arrange on a platter and garnish with chopped canned sardines
