In a bowl, mix the ingredients with eggs
In a mold, roll out the pastry and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes or until golden
Remove from the oven and reserve
Topping
In the mold, warm the sugar and when it starts to caramelize, add the butter
Stir until a dark sauce forms
Turn off the heat and place the apples on top of the sauce
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes
Remove from the oven and reserve
Cream
Heat the lemon juice and zest over low heat until warm
Remove from heat, add the sugar, egg yolks, and whisk quickly
Return to heat until thickened
Assembly
In a plate, place the pastry
Top it with the topping
Around it, spread the lemon cream
Decorate with dried cranberries and banana slices
Serve.
