1 1/2 cups of olive oil or vegetable oil
1 cup of tomato puree
1 tablespoon of garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
pepper to taste
1/2 cup of vinegar
1/4 cup of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups of olive oil or vegetable oil
1 cup of tomato puree
1 tablespoon of garlic

Mix all the ingredients together
Place in a glass container with a lid
Shake well
Refrigerate until ready to use
Shake every time you're about to use it
Makes 3 1/2 cups of seasoning.
