In a pan, mix together the ketchup, salt, pepper, hot sauce, and red wine vinegar, letting it simmer
Let it cool for 10 minutes
Add in the ketchup, olive oil, capers, and Worcestershire sauce
Add in the garlic and let it cool for 1 hour
Transfer to a glass container with a lid
Refrigerate until ready to use
Shake well before seasoning your salad
