Salt to taste

Heat the olive oil, garlic, bell pepper, and tomato in a pan
Cover and simmer over low heat until the bell pepper is tender
Stir occasionally
Let cool slightly and blend in a blender
Strain through a fine-mesh sieve
Add the pepper sauce and season with salt
Mix well
Serve hot
