2 bars of dark chocolate

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler

Add the sweetened condensed milk, stirring gently

Mix in the chopped nuts and whiskey

Line a rectangular mold (size p) with plastic wrap
Pour the mixture into the mold, smooth the top, and freeze for at least 6 hours

To make the coulis, mix the raspberries with sugar delicately - and let it rest for at least 3 hours before serving.
