600g of mignon steak, cut into thick strips 1.2cm long
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
1/4 cup of olive oil
3 red onions, diced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 piece of ginger, 3cm long and grated
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
2 stalks of celery, diced
Juice from 2 lemons
2 tablespoons of white sesame seeds
1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro

In a bowl, combine the mignon steak and soy sauce and reserve
In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion, garlic, grated ginger, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and celery for 3 minutes, stirring constantly
Add the reserved mignon steak and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring constantly
Add the salt, lemon juice, sesame seeds, and cilantro
Cook for one more minute
Serve immediately with white rice.
