10 equal tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon of butter

Wash and dry the tomatoes
Cut a cap on each tomato and carefully remove the pulp
Season the inside of the tomatoes with salt and pepper
Beat the eggs and mix in prosciutto and cheese cut into small pieces
Add chopped green onion
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed
Fill the tomatoes with this mixture and place them in a baking dish greased with oil
Bake in a moderate oven, preheated, for about 10 minutes
Melt butter and heat peas
Place the peas on a plate and top with the roasted tomatoes
Can be served with macaroni in butter.
