2 cups of cornmeal (200g)

Preheat the oven to 250°C (very hot)
Cut two squares of parchment paper or aluminum foil, each 40cm square, and place them on top of each other. Reserve
In a medium bowl, mix well together the cornmeal, parsley, basil, garlic, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, and salt
Add the tomatoes
Keeping the papers on top, prepare the package
Arrange the tomato mixture and drizzle with the remaining olive oil
Close the package and place it in a baking dish
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes
Serve immediately in the same package

1) Fold the rectangular paper in half and cut it into a corset shape
Place the food on one half and fold the other half over it, closing the package and baking it in the oven
2) Fold the square paper in two to form a triangle

After baking, make a cut in the shape of an X at the top of the package and open it by pulling out the points.
