In a pan, heat the olive oil over low heat and sauté the rice for two minutes
Add the broccoli and sauté for another minute
Add the vegetable broth dissolved in boiling water
Cook on medium heat with the pan half-covered until the liquid starts to dry up
Add the tomato, reduce the heat, and cook for five more minutes with the pan covered or until the rice is cooked
Turn off the heat and add the cheese
Mix everything delicately
Serve immediately.
