Soak the black beans in a bowl with hot water and let them rest for 30 minutes
Place the soaked black beans in a pressure cooker with the same water
Cook under pressure for 45 minutes, starting from when the steam starts to release
Remove from heat and drain the beans
Mash the beans using a potato masher
Combine the remaining ingredients and mix well with a wooden spoon until you get a smooth paste
Remove some of the dough each time and place it on a floured surface
Form into small rolls, about 1 cm in diameter
Cut into pieces, about 2 cm long
Bring water seasoned with salt to a boil in a pan
Start adding the fritters to the boiling water: they are cooked when they rise to the surface
Remove with a slotted spoon and let them drain well
Place in a refrigerator dish
If desired, serve with tomato sauce
