3/4 cup uncooked rice
1 cup beef broth
2 tablespoons chopped green olives
1/2 cup ground beef

Fry the onion and rice in butter or margarine until they're well toasted
Mix in the broth and let it cook for a bit
Combine the olives and ground beef
Make a small opening in each tomato and remove the pulp with a spoon
Fill with the rice and beef mixture, arrange on a chilled glass plate coated with butter or margarine
Dust each tomato with tiny bits of butter or margarine
Bake in a warm oven for 30 minutes
Serve with toasted bread crumbs, for four people.
