1 can of green corn or 1 cup of cooked green corn
1 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of prepared mustard

Cut a slice off the top of each tomato and remove the seeds
In a small saucepan, melt the butter or margarine
Add the wheat flour and let it brown, stirring constantly
Add the green corn, milk, and mustard, and mix
Cook until thickened
Remove from heat and fill the tomatoes
Place them in an ungreased baking dish and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes
Serve as a side dish to roast turkey or chicken, prosciutto, or baked meats
