6 slices of toasted bread
3 tablespoons of butter or margarine
6 thin slices of cooked prosciutto
6 pineapple rings in syrup
6 slices of melted cheese

Spread the butter or margarine on the toast slices
Cover with a slice of prosciutto
Cut the pineapple into chunks and place on top of the prosciutto
Cover with melted cheese slices
Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted
Garnish with parsley if desired
Serve 6 grilled cheese sandwiches.
