In a pan, melt four tablespoons of butter over medium heat
Add the garlic and cook for eight minutes or until it becomes soft
Season with salt and black pepper
Dust with wheat flour and mix well
Add the milk, mix, and cook for three more minutes or until it thickens slightly. Reserve

Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Baste the bread slices with the remaining butter
Place them in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through
Remove from the oven and top with the garlic brie filling
Dust with Parmesan cheese and return to the oven for another eight minutes
Serve warm.
