2 small garlic heads
1 cup (stick) of softened butter
2 mashed garlic cloves

Cut the garlic heads into thin slices, leaving them partially attached to the head
Set aside
Mix the butter with the garlic and spread it between the garlic slices to form a thin layer
Wrap each garlic head in aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet
Place it in a medium oven preheated for 20 minutes or so.
