Peel the onions and chop them into small pieces
Saute the onions in a pan with some olive oil until they're caramelized
Add a little water to the pan
When the onions are well cooked, season them with salt, black pepper, oregano, and let them cool down
Sliced the bread into thin strips and brush it with onion creme
Cut the hard-boiled eggs into small cubes and use them to garnish the bread with onion creme
Arrange the slices on a platter and finish with a tiny bit of olive oil and a pinch of chopped parsley each time
If desired, you can add a little mayonnaise.
