Heat the cheese, butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper over low heat in a double boiler
When the cheese starts to melt, add 1/2 cup of beer and cook, stirring well
Once the cheese has melted completely, beat the eggs with the remaining beer in a bowl
Add the hot cheese mixture and stir well
Continue cooking until thickened
Serve over crackers or saltines.
