Filling
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tomato, peeled and seeded, chopped
2 cups of leftover meat (chicken or beef)
1 small carrot, grated
1 tablespoon
of chopped fresh parsley

Dough
3 eggs
1 cup of milk
3 tablespoons of cornstarch
3 tablespoons of grated cheddar cheese
12 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
Filling

3 tablespoons of grated cheddar cheese
12 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
Filling
Heat the olive oil in a pan, sauté the onion and tomato
Add the leftover meat, grated carrot, and sauté for 5 minutes
Add chopped parsley and adjust salt to taste if needed
Let it cool
Dough
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
Beat the eggs, milk, cornstarch, cheese, flour, and yeast in a blender until smooth
Place 3/4 of the dough in the baking dish and top with the filling
Spread the remaining dough over the filling and bake for 40 minutes.
