100g of grated Parmesan cheese

In a medium bowl, mix together the ground meat, chicken liver, onion, olives, bell pepper, tomato sauce, and salt

Grease a 22cm diameter cake pan with margarine and dust it with breadcrumbs

Distribute the mixture in the prepared pan, reserving some for later use

In another bowl, mix together the cooked rice, remaining tomato sauce, and half of the Parmesan cheese

Arrange the rice mixture on top of the meat layer and press down gently

Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes

Remove the foil, sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese, and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes

Let it cool slightly before removing from the pan.
