For the dough
2 cups of wheat flour
1 pinch of salt
100g of butter
8 tablespoons of water
For the filling
1 finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons of butter
300g of ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup of milk
4 slices of bread without crust
1/2 cup of black currant
1 tablespoon of curry
3 ripe bananas cut into diagonal slices
1 beaten egg for brushing

Prepare the dough
In a processor, beat all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mixture
Wrap the dough in plastic film and reserve
For the filling
In a frying pan, sauté the onion in butter for 10 minutes or until golden brown
Add the beef and fry for 5 minutes or until well cooked
Season with salt and pepper
In a bowl with milk, moisten the bread
Mix in the beef and stir
Add half of the raisins and curry
Check the seasoning and let it cool
In a surface, roll out the dough to cover a 20 cm diameter mold (reserve a small piece for decorating the cake)
Place one layer of filling and top with half of the banana slices
Cover with the remaining filling, banana, and raisins
Cut strips from the reserved dough and decorate the cake with them, forming a trellis
Press the edges to secure
Brush with beaten egg and bake in a moderate oven (180°C), preheated, for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
