A crust of approximately 24 cm in diameter, baked
1/4 cup of sugar
1/4 teaspoon of salt
3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups of milk
One egg
One tablespoon of butter or margarine
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla or 1/2 teaspoon of lemon zest
4 bananas
A cup of whipped cream, optional

4 bananas
A cup of whipped cream, optional
Mix the sugar, salt, and flour
Add the milk gradually
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly
Continue cooking for 3 minutes
Combine some of the warm mixture with a slightly beaten egg and mix well
Add to the remaining warm mixture and cook for another minute
Slice the bananas and place them on the tart crust, pour the warm mixture over them
Refrigerate
Optional: top with whipped cream
