Pastry Dough
2 cups (scant) of milk
1/4 cup (scant) of vegetable oil
2 cups (scant) of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of active dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of grated cheese
Filling
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 bunch of fresh spinach, washed and chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Coverage
1 cup (250g) of creamy ricotta cheese
3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese

Pastry Dough
In a blender, combine milk, vegetable oil, flour, yeast, salt, and grated cheese
Filling
Heat the olive oil in a pan, sauté the onion, garlic, and bell pepper
Add the spinach, season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook for 3 minutes
Assembly
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
In a 22-centimeter diameter baking dish, greased and floured, place a portion of the pastry dough and distribute the filling
Spread the remaining pastry dough around the edges, leaving the center open
Spread the ricotta cheese in the center and sprinkle with Parmesan
Bake for 30 minutes.
