1 package of prepared puff pastry
Filling
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chicken broth
3 cups cooked, diced chicken
3/4 cup cooked, diced carrot
1 egg, lightly beaten
8 slices of cheddar cheese
1 package of prepared puff pastry
Filling

Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with the prepared puff pastry, according to package instructions
Bake in a preheated oven for 8 minutes
Fry the chopped onion and green pepper in melted butter or margarine until softened
Add the flour dissolved in chicken broth and cook until thickened
Add the cooked, diced chicken and egg
Place the mixture in the partially baked puff pastry, top with cheese slices, and bake for an additional 25 minutes.
