Sauce: in a saucepan mix the parsley with the water and bring to a boil until it forms a thread-like consistency
Add the passionfruit pulp and the beef broth
Simmer for another 10 minutes. Reserve
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper, then sauté them in an anti-adhesive skillet
Serve with the warm or cold sauce.
