2 cups (cooking) of cooked and shredded bacon

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)
Process the bacon in a food processor until it forms a smooth paste

In a bowl, combine the cooked bacon and melted butter
Set aside. Reserve
In a pan, sauté the onion and carrot in olive oil
Add the green onions and salsa

Grease a 9x20 cm loaf pan with butter and layer with the bacon mixture, the sautéed vegetable mixture, and finish with another layer of bacon
Top with a little bit of butter and bake for approximately 30 minutes
Let it cool, unmold, and serve immediately.
