Milk
1 large cup of grated lime pulp (without skin and seeds)
1 cup of whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder

1 envelope of flavorless gelatin
1 package of diet lemon-flavored gelatin
2 tablespoons of cold water
1 cup of freshly squeezed lime juice
4 tablespoons of cooking spray
Raspings of lime skin (for decoration)

Mix the milk, flour, and baking powder together
Mold into a uniform mass
Grease individual tart molds with light margarine and line the bottoms and sides
Make several holes in the dough to prevent it from growing
Bake for 10 minutes in a medium preheated oven
For the filling, hydrate the gelatin packets with ¼ of cold water
Blend with the remaining water, lime juice, cooking spray, and cottage cheese until smooth
Filling the tarts and refrigerate to set
Decorate with lime skin raspings.
