1 raw cake mix, with a diameter of 24 cm.
To the filling:
1/2 cup of sugar
2 tablespoons of wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
3 1/2 cups of mascarpone cheese cut into slices
To the topping:
3/4 cup of wheat flour
1/2 cup of butter or margarine
1/2 cup of sugar

In a bowl, mix well 1/2 cup of sugar, 2 tablespoons of wheat flour, nutmeg, and ground cinnamon
Add the mascarpone cheese and stir carefully
Pile this mixture over the raw cake mix
Prepare the topping: mix 1/2 cup of wheat flour with sugar and butter or margarine, cut into small pieces, until a granulated mixture is obtained
Sprinkle this mixture over the cake and bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for 30 to 40 minutes.
