1 cup of cake mass
1 cup of sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
3 egg yolks
3 tablespoons of melted butter or margarine
1/2 cup of heavy cream
5 medium-sized, peeled, and chopped mangoes (preferably using ripe and sweet mangoes)
1/2 cup of raisins
3 large egg whites
6 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon of ground vanilla
1 cup of cake mass
1 cup of sweetened condensed milk

Preheat the oven
Prepare the cake mass
Mix together the sweetened condensed milk, cornstarch, and cinnamon
Beat the egg yolks in a small bowl until they thicken
Gradually add the mixture of sweetened condensed milk, melted butter or margarine, and heavy cream
Mix well
Add the mangoes and raisins
Mix well
Pour the mixture into the cake mass inside the mold
Bake in a hot oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the whipped cream is firm
Prepare the whipped cream: beat the egg whites in snow-like texture, gradually adding sweetened condensed milk and beating continuously until you reach the desired consistency
Flavor with vanilla
Place the whipped cream on top of the cake while it's still warm, sealing the edges
Bake for an additional 8 to 10 minutes
