For the filling
1/4 cup cold milk
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup hot milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 pinch ground cinnamon
3 eggs
0.5 kg ricotta cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 package of cookie dough for cake
For the filling
1/4 cup cold milk
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup hot milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 pinch ground cinnamon
3 eggs
0.5 kg ricotta cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
Mix the filling by placing cold milk, gelatin, and sugar in a blender
Blend quickly to dissolve gelatin
Add sugar, hot milk, and blend again
Add vanilla extract, cinnamon, and eggs; blend until combined
Don't stop blending; add ricotta cheese and heavy cream
Blend until smooth and creamy
Pour into prepared dough and refrigerate until firm
If desired, decorate with fresh or cooked fruits
Dress up in 8 parts.
