For the dough:

2/3 cup of milk

1 medium onion, finely chopped
4 tablespoons of butter or margarine
6 tablespoons of milk
1 cup of mayonnaise
300 grams of fresh Mina's Cheese, salted and coarsely grated
salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of paprika

Preheat the oven to 200° (400°F)
Purpose a baking dish with a size of 31 x 19.5cm
Mix milk with the dough until it becomes smooth
Place the dough in a surface dusted with flour and knead for about 10 times
Lay out the dough with your fingers, forming a crust on all sides
Arrange tomato slices over the dough
Fry the onion in butter until softened, then add remaining ingredients and mix well
Spread it over the tomatoes
Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes
Let it rest for 10 minutes before cutting into 12 portions.
