In a blender, blend the flour, milk, yeast, eggs, salt, and butter to obtain a homogeneous mixture

Pour the dough into a round cake pan with removable bottom, greased with unsalted butter
After that, pour the salami and ricotta on top of the dough

Using a fork, mix the filling into the dough, making circular motions

Bake the tart in a preheated oven at 200°C for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Remove from the oven and sprinkle grated cheddar before serving.
