1 package of filled chocolate cookies
1/4 cup (chopped) unsalted butter at room temperature
1 tablespoon of unflavored gelatin dissolved in 1 tablespoon of water
400g cream cheese, softened
1 can of condensed milk
200g finely chopped dark chocolate
1 cup whipped cream

Crush the cookies and mix with butter to form a well-known crumb
Line a rectangular mold with parchment paper, spread the crumb, and press down firmly
Set aside
Hydrate the gelatin with 1 tablespoon of water and dissolve in a bain-marie
In a blender, blend the cream cheese until creamy
Turn off the blender and gradually add the condensed milk
Mix well
While carefully mixing, incorporate the melted chocolate, whipped cream, and gelatin
Place the cream on the reserved cookie base, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours
Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before serving
Decorate with chocolate shavings and strawberries.
