2 cans of evaporated milk
3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
500g of cooked chicken shredded
3 cans of green corn
3 cups of whole milk
200g of diced ham
300g of mozzarella cheese shredded
1 cup of ricotta cheese
200g of grated cheddar cheese
Small package of crispy fried potato sticks (optional)
To taste salt
2 cans of evaporated milk

Mix the cornmeal in a blender with the milk, salt and flour until smooth
Batter should be homogenous
Pour into a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened
Remove from heat and add evaporated milk
Mix well and pour into a deep dish
Lay out the chicken and cover with a layer of ricotta cheese
Make another layer of ham, mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese
Bake in a medium preheated oven for 20 minutes
Remove from oven, dust with crispy fried potato sticks (optional) and serve.
