14.1 oz tortellini
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic
4 eggs
1 cup cooked and cubed potato
1 cup cooked and chopped green beans
1/2 cup grated cheese
8 oz shredded mozzarella
Salt and black pepper to taste

Cook the pasta according to package instructions
While that's cooking, blend the basil, walnuts, olive oil, and garlic in a blender
Set aside
Beat the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper
Add the cooked potato, green beans, grated cheese, and pesto mixture
Set aside
Drain the pasta and combine it with the egg mixture
Add the shredded mozzarella, mix well, and pour into a greased baking dish
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20 minutes or until lightly golden.
