2 cups of instant polenta (corn flakes that don't need cooking)
1 1/4 cup of lukewarm water (approximately)
2 cups of instant polenta (corn flakes that don't need cooking)

Place the instant polenta in a bowl
Add the water gradually, mixing well
Knead for 3 to 5 minutes
Leave the dough wrapped in plastic wrap or greaseproof paper while preparing the tortillas
Remove small pieces of dough and open them between two sheets of greaseproof paper to obtain a diameter of about 15 cm
Fry both sides in a hot skillet, without oil, until they are dry
Make 14 tortillas, each about 15 cm.
