Preheat the oven to 350°F
In a pan, heat the olive oil, sauté the onion and add the green peas
Season with salt, pepper, and cook for five minutes
Let it cool down

Beat the eggs, add the milk and incorporate the cooked green pea mixture

Distribute the mixture into eight 5cm diameter muffin tins greased with olive oil or butter
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes
Serve immediately.
