1 cake mix
2 large eggs
1 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of sugar

Prepare the mixture according to previous instructions
Roll it out thinly
Cut 4 circles of 6 inches
Roll out the mixture again and cut 2 more circles of the same size
Line 6 molds with 5-inch diameter with the mixture, pressing it in firmly
Trim the edges
Beat the eggs with milk and sugar
Pour into prepared molds
Sprinkle a little nutmeg on top
Bake in a moderate oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until the mixture is cooked and the pudding is firm
Whip heavy cream with a few drops of vanilla and a pinch of sugar to taste
Garnish the puddings with whipped cream
If desired, you can also omit the chantilly cream.
