Follow the manufacturer's instructions to prepare the dough
Pour into individual tart shells and bake in a preheated moderate oven. Reserve
Whisk together milk, egg yolks, and sugar over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened
Add sweetened condensed milk and whisk until smooth
Let cool and reserve
Prepare gelatin according to package instructions and add to the mixture
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into sweetened condensed milk gently
Pour into tart shells and garnish with chopped nuts, almonds, or pistachios
Serve at room temperature.
