1 tablespoon cooked black beans in water and salt
1 tablespoon chicken refogado with tomato, onion, and celery, chilled
1 tablespoon ripe avocado
1 tablespoon diced tomato
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1/2 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon grated mozzarella cheese
1 large tortilla
1 tablespoon cooked black beans in water and salt
1 tablespoon chicken refogado with tomato, onion, and celery, chilled
1 tablespoon ripe avocado

1 large tortilla
Mash the black beans with a fork
Spread over the tortilla
Chop the tomato, cilantro, and onion
Place the chicken, tomato, cilantro, and onion on top of the tortilla as well
Finish with sliced avocado and grated mozzarella cheese
Serve.
