350g penne pasta
500g beef tenderloin
125g finely chopped bacon
3 medium tomatoes, peeled and diced
Salt and pepper to taste for seasoning the beef
Sauce
5 tablespoons tahini
5 tablespoons toasted almonds, ground
5 tablespoons soy sauce
5 tablespoons honey
5 tablespoons sake
5 tablespoons sweet mirin
5 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped finger pepper

Cook the penne pasta in abundant boiling water until al dente and reserve
Mix all sauce ingredients together
Slice the beef into strips 3cm x 3cm and grill each side for 30 seconds
Place the bacon, tomato cubes, and beef on top of the pasta
Dress with the sauce and serve immediately.
