Flour

3 tablespoons of yogurt

To make the dough: Mix the flour, ricotta cheese, butter or margarine, and salt until it forms a soft dough
Shape into a ball, wrap well in aluminum foil, and refrigerate for 2 hours or more
For the filling, grind the chicken breast and smoked bacon in a food processor
Mix with yogurt and egg
Season to taste
Unroll the dough on a floured surface
Roll out thin
Cut into squares of 6x6cm
Place 1 tablespoon of filling in the center
Raise the edges and press together forming a triangle
Place the triangles in a greased baking dish
Brush with egg
Bake in a preheated oven (200°C) for 25 minutes or until golden brown
Let rest for about 3 days.
