1 tablespoon of water
100g of butter, softened
two large eggs
3 tablespoons of sugar
chocolate chips or shaved chocolate

Fork the eggs and sugar until smooth
Add in the softened butter and mix until combined
Melt the chocolate bars with water in a double boiler
Let it cool slightly before adding to the egg mixture
Combine all ingredients and let it rest for a few hours to allow the flavors to meld together
Shape into small balls, rolling each one in melted or shaved chocolate to coat
To add an extra layer of flavor, substitute some or all of the water with rum when melting the chocolate.
