3 to 4 cups (scant) of cooked lentils with their broth
100 g of bacon diced
1/2 onion diced
1 cup (scant) of cassava flour
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
Salt and black pepper to taste

In a pan, fry the bacon pieces in its own fat
Add the onion to the bacon fat and cook until it's soft
Add the cassava flour and stir with a wooden spoon without burning
Add the lentils and broth, adjust the salt and black pepper
If necessary, add more cassava flour to achieve a pasty consistency
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
