1 can of drained mushrooms
1 cup of fresh or canned heavy cream

Cook the green beans, cleaned and cut into pieces, in salted water
Drain
Fry the onion in olive oil
Add the green beans, mushrooms
Aquaché ( simmer )
Finally add the heavy cream and aquaché for another minute
Serve immediately
