Soak the raspberries with the sugar for 2 minutes over low heat
Mix well and let it cool
Transfer to a blender and add the vinegar
Blend until smooth
Strain into another jar as follows: slowly turn the jar and, using a spoon, 'catch' the foam in the first jar
You should have only the vinegar in the second jar
Using a funnel, distribute the vinegar among the jars and store them in the refrigerator.
