1/2 cup cooked rice
1 cup cooked chicken, cut into cubes
100g melted cheese, cut into cubes

Cut the avocados in half lengthwise
Remove the pits and flesh without damaging the skin
Cube the flesh and mix with remaining ingredients except for cheese
Stuff the skins and top with cheese cubes
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C), preheated, until the cheese melts
