1/2 cup passion fruit pulp with seeds
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
6 slices of pineapple
6 balls of cream ice

Place the passion fruit pulp, water and sugar in a pan and bring to a boil
Mix until dissolved
Cook until you get a syrup that's slightly thick, like honey (when you remove some of the syrup, it will flow off the spoon like a thick string)
Remove from heat and reserve
Place a slice of pineapple on each serving plate, cut into triangles and remove the central part that's still hard
Cover each slice with a little passionfruit syrup and refrigerate
When serving, place a ball of cream ice in the center of the plate
