1 small glass of aliche
1/2 cup (shallow dish) of light mayonnaise
1/2 cup (shallow dish) of non-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon of ketchup
2 tablespoons (scoop) of chopped parsley
English seasoning to taste

1/2 cup (shallow dish) of light mayonnaise
1/2 cup (shallow dish) of non-fat yogurt

Wash the aliche under running water to remove excess
Let it drain for 10 minutes on a paper towel
Transfer to a blender and combine with light mayonnaise, non-fat yogurt, ketchup, and English seasoning
Blend until the aliche is finely chopped
Stop and add parsley
Blend just enough to incorporate the parsley
Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
