In a medium bowl, combine the milk with the lemon juice and sugar, and microwave on high for three minutes

Add the eggs and microwave for an additional five minutes
Then, remove from the oven and, using a fork, scramble the cooked eggs
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly
Serve with a slice of lemon and parsley
